Warming the hearts of Charleston Seniors, the First Annual Spring Benefit for Meals on Wheels of Charleston was held at at Merchants Hall, 36 North Market Street, Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019 from 7 p.m. -10 p.m.
Despite cool temperatures, guests were warmed by bright pink azaleas and camellias, white and blue linens and the knowledge that they are helping to feed Charleston’s seniors at least one hot meal each Monday through Friday and delivering one friendly smile and visual safety check.
Merchant’s Hall donated the venue to help raise funds for Meals on Wheels of Charleston.
